Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services for City facilities and park/public restroom facilities.

The services generally include routine and periodic janitorial and custodial services for eight (8) City facilities and eight (8) park/public restroom facilities. Services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning and disinfecting; restroom cleaning and sanitation; trash removal; floor and carpet care; interior and exterior glass cleaning; restocking of designated supplies; and other custodial services as specified in the RFP.

The resulting contract is anticipated to commence on or about January 1, 2027, and continue for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
