Kitsap Transit (KT) is soliciting proposa from qualified Consultants to conduct a comprehensive safety risk assessment and design a crash deterrent system for its Charleston Base, located at 200 Charleston Blvd, Bremerton, WA 98312. This Site has been identified as a significant safety risk due to multiple vehicular crashes into and surrounding the building. Despite carious interventions, incidents persist, necessitating specialized expertise to develop effective crash deterrent solutions ensuring the saftey of KT employees and property, as well as all road users, inculuding drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists.
