The selected Proposer will provide a Lease Management System for the Port of Seattle to manage leases and lease clauses, including agreements, utility management, insurance/surety requirements and compliance, activities such as concessions, and tenant billing up to and including billing file creation (billing of invoices is handled by PeopleSoft Financials (PSFS).)
