CITY OF WEST RICHLAND

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

The City of West Richland is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms interested in providing professional municipal engineering services for the following project: Bombing Range Road Bridge Rehabilitation project. The following expertise and experience will be required: preparation and completion of federal and state environmental documentation and permitting; PS & E, construction management, inspection and documentation services; project closeout documentation all in accordance with FHWA and WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines. The project funding for this project includes Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP(BR)) grant funds.

Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to ten (10) single sided pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with PS&E in accordance with state and federal guidelines, federal and state environmental/permitting processes; familiarity with the City of West Richland and/or other similar municipalities; and past performance/references. Please submit four (4) copies of the Statement of Qualifications.

The City’s selection of a consultant for engineering services will be made from the Statements of Qualifications received at the City of West Richland’s Public Works Department, 3100 Belmont Blvd., Suite 102, West Richland, WA 99353, by 12:00 p.m., March 22, 2018.
