Sealed bids will be received by Prairie Electric at 6000 NE 88th St Vancouver, WA 98606 until 2:00PM Friday August 7, 2020. Bids received after the date and time stated will not receive consideration. Bid documents, including updated Bid Packages and Bid Forms, are available to download at https://www.prairielectric.com/bid/. Project documents are available elsewhere, but these specific Bid Packages are only available through Prairie’s website listed above. To be added to the distribution list and receive addenda notifications, send an e‐mail estimating@prairielectric.com or call the main office at 360‐573‐2750. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to learn of Addenda.

Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt. Due to COVID‐19, the Bid Opening will be shared via Zoom. Bids will be received outside the front door of Prairie’s main office. There will be a table set up with an official bid clock. Access to the Zoom meeting will be provided via a QR Code. Please wear masks and practice social distancing protocols. Envelopes shall be labeled clearly identifying the project name, bid package number, bidding subcontractor’s name and address.

Bid responses shall be submitted on the provided bid forms. Bids which are incomplete, or which are conditioned in any way shall be considered non‐responsive. Bidders should check the Prairie web page (identified above) prior to bid day to be sure they have the most current documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Prairie Electric reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.

No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instruction to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided in the bid documents. A bid bond will be required for all subcontractors bidding work over $300,000.00 in accordance with RCW 39.10.380; a payment and performance bond will be required for subcontracts over $300,000.00.
