Project Description: This Mud Mountain Dam Project will provide the U.S. Army C.O.E. with a new Fish Barrier, Fish Passage and a Trap & Haul Facility. Major Features of the Project include: New Fish Barrier (with gates), Fishway (Fish Ladder), Water Supply Intake (with Fish Screens), Levees, Roadway improvements, Sorting Pools, Utilities, a Control building and integration of a Trap & Haul facility with the existing Muckleshoot Indian Tribe Fish Hatchery.

Biological assessment, monitoring; Furnish & pump Concrete; Control Building; Demolition; Earthwork & site civil works; Electrical work; Environmental Scopes; Equipment Rental; Furnish: Gates, Fabricated Metal, Stop Logs, Sheet Piling; Landscaping; Logging & Roadway improvements; Quality Assurance & Quality Control; Pump station, other Mechanical & Utility work; Furnish/Install Rebar; Small Tools & Safety Supplies; Trucking; and other work scopes.

It is the policy and intent of Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. to provide all qualified/certified small business subcontractors and suppliers with the maximum practicable opportunity to bid upon and participate in the performance of this federal contract should Kiewit become the selected proposer by the government

In order to assist certified small business subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units, and will assist firms with meeting delivery schedules; providing points of contact regarding bonding, lines of credit, and insurance; and providing small businesses with information to allow them to secure their own equipment in order to maximize Small Business (SB) participation on this project
