Notice to Consultants For

Municipal Engineering Services

The City of Wapato (pursuant to Chapter 61, Laws of 1981) is inviting statements of qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and land surveying services for the 2019, 2020,  and 2021 calendar years in conjunction with City sponsored projects.

Specific projects include the engineering services required for the French Lane Improvements.  Other projects may include providing planning, design, and construction administration services for water distribution, source, storage, and treatment systems; sewer collection and treatment systems; transportation projects including roads, sidewalks, bike paths, and trails; park improvements; and other municipal engineering needs as they arise. 

The French Lane Improvements Project is partially funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Other projects may be funded by the Department of Ecology State Revolving Fund and Centennial Clean Water Fund, Department of Health Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Rural Development, Transportation Improvement Board, Washington State Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and other funding agencies.

Submit four copies of the firm’s Statement of Qualifications to Kimberley Grimm, Clerk/Treasurer, City of Wapato, 205 East 3rd Street, Wapato, WA   98951.  Statement of Qualifications shall not exceed 15 double-sided pages (including resumes, excluding cover letter).  Submittals are due by August 12, 2019; not later than 4:00 PM.
