Pierce County Human Services is soliciting qualified providers to provide Street Outreach Services (SOS) for youth and young adults ages 12-24 and/or Young Adult Shelter (YAS) for young adults ages 18-24 who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness in the County. SOS provides Coordinated Entry Assessment, referral, and permanent placement planning to youth and young adults living on the streets and or experiencing homelessness. Diversion is an eligible component for SOS. YAS provides emergency shelter, Coordinated Entry Assessment, referral, and permanent planning services for young adults.
