PROJECT TITLE: Partnership Access Lines and Psychiatric Consultation Line
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: February 8, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Bids will be accepted by email, but not in person or by fax. ESTIMATED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: May 1, 2021, to June 30, 2023.
The Health Care Authority reserves the right to extend any contract resulting from this RFP for up to four (4) additional one-year periods at its sole discretion, dependent upon mutual agreement of the contract terms by the parties. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This procurement is open to those Bidders that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
