Producer Licensing and Education Module - Software as a Service

Description of services needed

The purpose of this procurement is to migrate identified licensing and education services from the OIC platform to the apparent successful vendor’s platform. OIC is interested in receiving information from qualified vendors regarding their ability and cost to provide those identified services that are currently performed internally.

Scope of work for this RFQQ includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing and implementing a system encompassing all aspects of OIC’s current licensing and education processes; and,
• Securely collecting, storing, and transmitting applicant, licensee, provider, and insurer data.
• Complete scope of work is listed in Section 1.2 of the solicitation document.

Required experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Licensed to do business in the state of Washington, or become licensed within 30 days of contract execution;
• 10 years of experience in the electronic processes required by Washington State statutes and regulations regarding insurance licensees, education providers, and insurance company appointments; and,
• Evidence of providing the same or similar services to at least 10 other state insurance departments.
