QUANDARY CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT
Electronic bids for the Quandary Creek Culvert Replacement will be received by KPFF Consulting Engineers at laceybidbox@kpff.com until 3:00 p.m. on the date listed below. The subject line shall clearly state “BID PROPOSAL for Quandary Creek Culvert Replacement.”
The project is located in Clallam County at milepost 0.74 on East Lake Pleasant Road near Beaver, Washington. The contract provides for the replacement of (1) fish barrier culvert with a fish passable concrete slab bridge placed on a pile foundation including concrete wingwalls, and associated roadwork. Work also includes, but is not limited to: (1) drainage ditch culvert with an HDPE pipe, temporary traffic control, guardrail installation, temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, clearing & grubbing, excavation, streambed construction, large woody material placement, site restoration, paving, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The estimated cost of the project is $1,440,000 - $1,770,000.

Contract Award will take into consideration the lowest total proposed price to provide the services specified along with qualifications, experience of the contractor, and the Owner’s budget capacity.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on January 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
The deadline for RFI’s is January 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Proposals are due by January 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
