PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services, d.b.a.

Reclaim is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of tenant improvements. NOTE: The owner is only collecting general contractor bids. All subcontractors and design/build MEP engineers shall submit their bids to a general contractor.

Reclaim ARCHITECT: SMR Architects CONTACT: Tim Quinn tquinn@smrarchitects.com MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT: A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the project site by the Owner in conjunction with the Architect at 10:00 am on September 18, 2026. Attendance at a pre-bid walk-through is mandatory for General Contractors. However, it is not mandatory for subcontractors. BABAA compliance required: This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18,2022.

This project has financing through the King County CDBG Consortium using the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) and Housing and Urban Development. Attention is called to Federal provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, and HUD Section 3 requirements.
