Request for Proposal #2026B-01 for 2027 Mental Health Sales Tax Funding Grant Awards.  Clark County is soliciting proposals from external community partners in order to enhance the use and efficiency of Mental Health Sales Tax funding within the county. Up to $5 million dollars will be available to fund eligible requests. All funding must follow the criteria outlined in RCW 82.14.460: Sales and use tax for substance use and mental health treatment services or therapeutic services.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on July 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM.  RFP documents will be available online at https://clarkcountywa.bonfirehub.com/opportunities

Applications must be submitted electronically and are due no later than August 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM.  Attending the pre-submittal meeting is required.
