Request for Proposal No. RFP260103 System Solution for Climate Surveys
Seattle Public Schools (SPS) seeks a qualified vendor to design, implement, analyze, and support a districtwide survey and coaching system that links adult practice, student experience, and strategic outcomes. The solution must integrate align to SOFG Board Goals and Guardrails and support Continuous School Improvement Plans (CSIP). The vendor must provide actionable, disaggregated insights and coaching strategies that directly lead to adult behavior change in schools and central office teams.

The Request for Proposal will be available starting on January 29, 2026 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com).
