Request for Proposal No. RFP260105 Computers and Support Services
Seattle Public Schools intends to maintain an established computer standard for its Windows-based devices for the District. The District’s Department of Technology Services (DoTS) is requesting proposals from qualified manufacturers and firms to provide various computers and support services for the District.
Proposal Submission Deadline: March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The Request for Proposal will be available starting on February 3, 2026 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
