REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – UW-18-223RKH 
Enterprise Resource Planning Readiness and Implementation Planning Solution 
 

To all potential vendors, 
University of Washington (UW) needs a partner(s) to prepare for and implement a financial systems replacement and concurrent process transformation, and would like to learn more about what the market can offer by issuing this Request for Information (RFI).  This is simply an effort to gather information that can potentially be included in a more formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued in the next few months and not a solicitation for offer to sell at this time; interested vendors will answer the following list of questions to provide details on the services that they can offer in this category and feedback on what questions UW should be asking in the RFP document to be released in the near future.

Please email your response to me at rayhsu@uw.edu no later than Friday, the 16th of March, 2018 at 4 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, and contact me at the same email address if you have any questions regarding this RFI.
