Puget Sound Clean Air Agency

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) is soliciting responses from experienced individuals or organizations that are qualified and willing to prepare a Supplemental Environment Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Tacoma Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project, as identified in the Notice for the SEIS (see http://www.pscleanair.org/DocumentCenter/View/3125), to supplement existing analysis for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions with a quantitative life cycle GHG analysis.
