RFP-DOH26-006C BRFSS Surveys

Purpose and Background

The primary purpose of this proposal is to collect data for the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) in the State of Washington. The data collection process requires that the contractor follow very specific protocols for data collection, handling, and submission to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Other possible activities include analyzing BRFSS data, generating written summary reports, providing technical assistance on data analysis, technical assistance and guidance on best practices for questionnaire development and data collection.
