Kiewit is submitting a proposal to the City of Spokane – Public Works on February 12, 2018, and if chosen as the successful proposer will have project information available for interested subcontractors and suppliers beginning March 19, 2018
This is a Progressive Design-Build Project and Plans & Specifications are not developed at this time. Kiewit is soliciting interest from Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (UDBE) subcontractors and suppliers, certified to perform as shown in the Washington State OMWBE Directory of Certified firms who are interested in providing quotes for Scopes of Work, Material Supply and Specialty Subcontract Areas.
Kiewit is asking UDBE firms and other Subcontractors, Suppliers and Service Providers to email confirmation of their interest in bidding to Kiewit on this project. Please indicate the Work Scope and Specialty Types of work you expect to submit for consideration.
This Project has typical Highway Bridge Construction Subcontracting Opportunities including: Asphalt Paving, Bridge Rail, Concrete Barrier, Demolition, Earthworks, Environmental Services, Grading, Guardrail, Landscaping, Painting, Pavement Marking, Reinforcing Steel, Retaining Wall, Sewer/Drainage System, Sidewalk, Signs, Steel Fabrication, Survey, Signs, Traffic Control, Trucking & Water Quality

Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. is seeking interest from Subcontractors and Suppliers including Small and Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (UDBE’s), as certified by Washington State’s Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (OMWBE).
