The Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County (the District) is requesting the submittal of Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to provide surveying, geotechnical consultation, engineered design, permitting and bid support for the Clallam Bay-Sekiu Reservoir Improvement Project (Project). Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses) are encouraged to submit qualifications. The District is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This pre-construction effort is funded by a Public Works Board (PWB) loan through the Washington State Department of Commerce.

All inquiries pertaining to the Request for Qualification shall be directed to the project manager Bowen Kendrick, at 360-565-3459 or by e-mail bkendrick@clallampud.net. All replies to questions will be posted on the District’s website through an addendum to be acknowledged with Statement of Qualification. Please contact the Contracts Coordinator by e-mail contracts@clallampud.net, to be registered for all communications on the RFQ. Registered Consultants will be directly informed and provided a copy of any addendum by email. If not registered for communications, please check the District website prior to submission of statement of qualifications for any addendum. The last day for questions or additional information is February 24, 2026, by 2 p.m., PDT.
