PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-443. Pierce Transit is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms’ qualified and interested in providing Pierce Transit with a comprehensive non-destructive condition assessment and report, develop and design a refurbishment bid packet based on their assessment, and bid and construction support for its Commerce Street Turnaround and Layover Facility and its Systems.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on June 26, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the Commerce Street Turnaround and Layover Facility 930 Commerce Street, Tacoma, Washington 98402. We will meet in front of the south bus entry gate. All prospective respondents are encouraged to attend. The Pre-Submittal Meeting will provide the opportunity to review the requirements and intent of the Contract and see the work site.

Statements of Qualifications will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until 5:00 p.m. July 17, 2018, and must be addressed to Naomi Graham, Purchasing Coordinator, Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431; or P.O.
