Scope: Daniel Bagley Elementary School Modernization and Addition project sits on a site area of 3.94 acres. The existing main school building was built in 1930 and is a designated historic landmark. The project will include: Modernization of the existing 40,745 SF building; Addition of a new 2 story classroom, gymnasium and covered play structure; Removal and/or relocation of existing 8 portable classroom structures; Sustainability and green initiatives; Utilities and limited site development work. Construction is set to begin in summer of 2019 with substantial completion June 2020.
