Request for Qualifications for
Regional Aviation Baseline Study

PROJECT: The Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) is requesting qualifications from firms to assist PSRC staff on a Regional Aviation Baseline Study. This project is funded at 90% by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through an FAA planning grant and is subject to receipt of the grant from FAA.

This project is subject to availability of PSRC and/or FAA funds, and the final project budget will be determined during scoping and contract negotiations between the selected consultant and PSRC. Fee information will not be considered in the selection process and should not be submitted with the statement of qualifications. Consultant fees will be determined based on a final negotiated work scope.
