Amount: Award will be made to the Proposer(s) offering the best value to the Port. The Port intends to award two (2) separate contracts to either a single or multiple proposers.

Goal:

• Zone 1 & 5: WMBE Goal 20%
• Zone 2: WMBE Goal 20%

The selected Vendor will be expected to provide high-quality, consistent custodial services that enhance customer experience and support SEA’s commitment to operational excellence. Zone 1 and Zone 5 are combined into a single service area, while Zone 2 remains a separate, stand‑alone service area. Proposers may submit proposals for the combined Zones 1 and 5, or for Zone 2, or for both. More Information
