NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR
2021 PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS FACILITY
SITE AND SPACE NEEDS ANALYSIS
CITY OF CAMAS PROJECT NO. G1023

The City of Camas (City) solicits interest from qualified consulting firms to conduct a site and space needs analysis at the Operations facility. The goal of this analysis is to produce an accurate analysis of the current conditions, identify future facility needs based on anticipated City growth (in both area and population), review current available city-owned properties and facilities and identify other potential vacant properties that could be suited for future Operations Center use, and develop conceptual site plans and building layouts with budget level cost estimates.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The City of Camas is soliciting proposals (statement of qualifications) from qualified consulting firms or teams to conduct the 2021 Public Works Operations Facility Site and Space Needs Analysis. .

A copy of the more detailed Request for Qualifications is posted on the City’s web site at https://www.cityofcamas.us/rfps. The posting will also include the following documents:

• City of Camas Professional Services Agreement form (for evaluation to determine company’s ability to meet content)
• Supplemental response materials and responses to SOQ questions (as needed)

It is the sole responsibility of the SOQ responder to monitor this web page for any SOQ amendments and additional relevant material.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittals are due by June 8, 2021, no later than 10:00 AM. No submittals will be accepted after that date and time.
