PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The SPD N. Precinct Improvements is located at 10049 College Way North, Seattle WA 98133. The scope of work includes to locate two existing modular buildings at the existing North Precinct facility, site demolition, other sitework but is not limited to the placement of new utilities, pavement, security fence, lighting and landscaping, the placement on the site of two modular buildings owned by the City of Seattle and currently stored in North Seattle, the construction of bidder-designed stairs, ramps and platforms, to provide access to the entry doors of the modular buildings, and miscellaneous tenant improvements inside the existing building and the newly placed modular trailers.
