REQUEST FOR INTEREST FROM DEVELOPERS

PORT OF KALAMA

SPENCER CREEK BUSINESS PARK-COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PARCEL

The PORT OF KALAMA is seeking interest from commercial developers in developing a 5-acre parcel, at I5, exit 32, in Kalama, Washington. The Port will be receiving responses to this Request for Interest (RFI) at the Port Office, 110 West Marine Drive, Kalama, Washington 98625 until, February 28, 2018, at 5:00 PM.

This commercial development is the first phase in the new Spencer Creek Business Park, a 70-acre business park, including light industrial, professional, retail and recreational amenities. The park is expected to be a major economic engine.

The 5-acre subject site is envisioned to include freeway traveler amenities, such as hospitality, fuel and food establishments. The site is directly off I5, exit 32, and visible from the freeway. The Port seeks a commercial developer with vision and expertise as a partner to create a draw to I5 travelers and foundation for future business park development.
