Project Description: The Work to be performed is under three bid schedules: General Conditions Schedule A, Fire Station 14 Schedule B, and Fire Station 18 Schedule C. Both Fire Stations shall be constructed completely under one construction schedule. This Work shall include: seismic upgrades to two fire stations, including but not limited to installation of supplemental shear walls, seismic bracing of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, architectural seismic upgrades, and other work necessary to complete the project.
