Project Description:
Construction of a single story bldg of approx 16,449 sqft (17,674 sqft with Alt Bid) that will house fire district emergency responder personnel with four (4) drive-through vehicle bays (5 bays with Alt Bid), administrative offices, meeting space, crew living and sleeping areas as well as other fire service related support spaces. Includes the development of a 2-acre site which involves site clearing, excavation & soil replacement, aggregate piers, new bldg, paving base support, storm water systems construction, concrete and asphalt paving, site structures, frontage offsite improvements and permanent utilities.

Estimated Value: $7.8 MILLION

Contract Duration: Substantial completion is 426 calendar days from NTP. Final completion is 45 cal days from substantial completion

• Alternate 1: Provide one (1) additional Apparatus Bay east of Gridline K

3. UNIT PRICES [Please check and see if you need to include unit pricing!!]

• UP 1: Overexcavation & replacement of unsuitable soil
• UP 2: Overexcavation & replacement of concrete rubble
• UP 3: Overexcavation & replacement of rubbish
• UP-4: Overexcavation & replacement of contaminated soil
• UP-5: Rock removal and replacement with satisfactory soil matl
• UP-6: Controlled Density Fill

Wage Rates: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
