PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project is a new school facility located at 322 Calluna Court in Bellingham, Washington, and consists of a 22,000 SF mass timber hybrid structure with site improvements including storm water retention, onsite parking, and pedestrian pathways. This project is subject to Washington State Department of L&I prevailing wage rates for Whatcom County effective 5/8/2025.  Project goal of 15% MWBE participation.

NOTICE TO PROCEED:
Project is underway as of NTP date 11/10/2025
