The work includes construction of a soldier pile wall, installation of permanent ground anchors, roadway and structure excavation, backfilling, roadway reconstruction, asphalt paving, erosion control, pavement marking, concrete barrier, roadside restoration, traffic control and other work all in accordance with the contract plans, provisions, and specifications.
