Walsh Construction Company II, LLC is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the following:

Terminal Security Enhancements (TSE) Phase II: Bollards, ADA Ramps and Sidewalks

Owner: Port of Seattle

WMBE Aspirational Goal: 8%

Project Description: The work includes:

1. Installation of Structural Bollards at: 

a. Terminal curbsides (Arrivals and Departures levels). 

b. Pedestrian sky bridge entrances on the fourth floor of parking

garage.

c. Courtesy vehicle plaza on the third floor of parking garage.

2. Structural reinforcement work for parking garage bollard work. 

3. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements along Terminal

curbsides (Arrivals and Departures levels).

4. Asphalt Paving of the Arrivals Level roadway.

Subcontract/Supplier Opportunities Include (But Not Limited to): Concrete Flatwork and finishing, Asphalt milling and paving, Roadway Marking, Traffic Control and Traffic Control Devices, Sawcutting, and Joint Sealing, CIP Concrete, Polymer Concrete Overlay, Structural Steel, Paintings and Coatings, Electrical work, Excavation, Trucking and Hauling, Equipment Rental, Pipe and utility materials and subcontracting.
