Tributary to Dickey River Culvert Replacement

Electronic bids for the Tributary to Dickey River Culvert Replacement will be received by KPFF Consulting Engineers at laceybidbox@kpff.com until 3:00 p.m. on the date listed below. The subject line shall clearly state “BID PROPOSAL for Tributary to Dickey River Culvert Replacement.”

 

The project is located in Clallam County at milepost 1.547 on Mina Smith Road near Forks, Washington. The contract requires the contractor to replace (1) fish barrier culvert with a fish passable, contractor designed galvanized steel single radius structural plate arch supported on concrete stem wall footings including contractor designed welded wire faced structural earth walls and associated roadwork. Work also includes but is not limited to: (1) drainage ditch culvert with a Corrugated Metal Pipe, temporary traffic control, guardrail installation, temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, clearing & grubbing, excavation, streambed construction, large woody material placement, site restoration, and paving.

 

The estimated cost of the project is $1,470,000 - $1,800,000.

Contract Award will take into consideration the lowest total proposed price to provide the services specified along with qualifications, experience of the contractor, and the Owner’s budget capacity.

 

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on January 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.

 

The deadline for RFI’s is January 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

 

Proposals are due by January 13, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
