Project Description: Construct a 2-story New Program and Support Building at the West Complex of the Washington State Penitentiary. The building is on a prison campus, but is not a housing or segregation unit.

Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% WA Small Business & 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. 

Mandatory 15% Apprentice labor hours are a requirement.

Washington State Commercial Prevailing Wages for Walla Walla County will apply.
