Pre-bid Meeting and Site Visit:
 February 18, 2020 @ 2:00pm @ 14604 NE 39th St, Vancouver, WA. Proceed into the water station from the only entrance on NE 39th St and park on a paved area so as not to block entrance.
 Attendance is NOT mandatory for subcontractors and/or suppliers.

Project Description:
This Contract provides for a new Chemical Building complete with functioning equipment to disinfect and fluoridate an up to 16 MGD municipal drinking water production facility. The equipment includes items necessary to provide & inject a low-strength, 0.8%, sodium hypochlorite solution and a 4% saturated, sodium fluoride solution. Ancillary site work will be necessary to provide the building with security fencing, power, water, a chemical injection vault, a grinder pump station for wastewater removal and an access road extension. A partial components list of items to be installed includes an exterior brine storage tank, an interior sodium hypochlorite storage tank, metering pumps for both solutions, fluoridation handling equipment and two on-site sodium hypochlorite generation (SHG) systems.

Estimated Value: $1.5 million

Contract Duration: 180 working days
