The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26.  Under this solicitation, WSP intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for the purchase of 2027 BMW R1300RT-P Police Pursuit Motorcycles.
