The Spokane Public Facilities District is issuing a Request for Proposal to qualified firms to supply and install a retractable curtain that meets the specified flame resistance standards and
integrates seamlessly with the existing structure while ensuring all fire safety and egress requirements are preserved.
Notice to Bidders:
Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested bidders to submit bids to Melissa Coulter, Project Administrator via https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login by September 6th, 2024.
Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Walk:
Site Walk is mandatory for all bidders, please RSVP to Melissa Coulter, mcoulter@spokanepfd.org
by August 12th.
Bidder Responsibility:
To be eligible for award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of the following:
• Proper licensure and registration as a contractor in the State of Washington
• Not be precluded from prevailing wage requirements
• Be able to provide a bond for the Project
