INVITATION to BID NO. 2762

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Clark County Council in the Office of Purchasing/General Services, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington, UNTIL 1:50 pm, on the 27th of August 2024, for the purpose of securing the:

Install and Integrate with Existing Duress System at the Public Service Center, Franklin Center and Elections Buildings

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Councilors Hearing Room, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, at 2:00 p.m., August 27, 2024, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Bid specifications may be requested by contacting the Office of Purchasing/General Services at 564-397-2323. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 10:00 am. Contractors shall meet in the main lobby of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
