Sealed bids with bid security will be received by PUD NO. 1 OF CLALLAM COUNTY at the District’s Main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, Washington until 2:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Thursday, August 28, 2025. Sealed bids may be submitted by mail and sent: Attn: Contracts Coordinator, PUD No. 1 of Clallam County, 100 Hooker Road, Sequim, WA 98382. Mailed bids must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of Bidder, the bid number and title and then placed in the delivery envelope to be mailed to prevent unintended opening. On bid due date, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, a public bid opening will take place in the Neah Bay Room at the District’s Main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, for the following material(s):

One (1) new, re-built, or reconditioned transformer, 12/14MVA, 69kV/12.47kV

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid.
