ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE $1,650,000 – 1,950,000
Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Warden, 121 South Main Street, Warden, Washington, 98857, up to 11:00 a.m.; local time on June 11, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Booster Pump Station.
This project includes the construction of the City of Warden’s Booster Pump Station, including end suction booster pumps, generator, HVAC, instrumentation, plumbing, electrical and telemetry, CMU building, fencing, water main, connection to existing water system, testing, commissioning, training, startup, and other work as described in the Contract Provisions.
The Work shall be Substantially complete within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. A suspension of working days may
be granted to allow for delivery of equipment with substantial lead times. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Warden, Washington.
The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the “City of Warden” and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.

This project is funded in part by Grant County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, City of Warden ARPA funds, Washington State Department of Commerce Public Works Board (PWB) with state funds, and the City of Warden. All work performed on this project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington. The City of Warden is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
