Project Description:

The scope of work at the Tumwater Print and Mail Facility includes integrating the Olympia Mail Facility into this location. Operations will continue 24/5 throughout all construction activities. The project encompasses major upgrades to the primary mechanical and electrical systems, as well as modifications necessary for the Olympia Mail integration. Additional work will involve interior renovations and complete Re-Roofing of the structures

This project does have a OMWBE goal:

12% MBE, 8% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans

Additional Information:

  • Prevailing wage rates and Mandatory 15% apprentice requirements apply to this project.
  • Lincoln Construction encourages bids from ALL subcontractors and suppliers including SBE, NBE, MBE, DBE, VBE, DVBE, and WBE businesses.
