O3A is seeking applicants to apply for funding to offer a Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific counties beginning January 1, 2025. SNP services include Home Delivered Meals (for homebound adults) and Congregate Meals for adults 60+, Tribal Elders 55+, and other qualified individuals. Successful applicants must be able to provide nutrition services in accordance with Washington State DSHS Senior Nutrition Program Standards (SNP RFP Exhibit 1).
