Complete construction of a new, 75,240 sqft, two-story elementary school and related sitework. Construction Type V-B with complete electrical and mechanical systems. The building is fully sprinklered. Miscellaneous site and utilities improvements as well as full landscaping and irrigation are included in this Project.

Estimated Value: $30 million

Contract Duration: Subst completion by 6/30/2021
