REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
(RFP)CHALLENGER & HORIZON ELEMENTARY RENOVATION & ADDITION PROJECT

The Mukilteo School District will be accepting Proposals, including statements of qualifications, from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Mukilteo School District’s Challenger & Horizon Elementary Renovation & Addition Projects, which are located at Challenger Elementary School and Horizon Elementary School, both located in City of Everett.

The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10.

The Request for Proposals document may be obtained through the Mukilteo School District Capital Projects Office. Please email Shelly Henderson, Director of Capital Projects, hendersonsa@mukilteo.wednet.edu

An informational pre-submittal meeting will be held 12:30pm at Challenger Elementary School, 9600 Holly Dr, Everett WA 98204, on October 1, 2020. Meet in front of the main office.

The proposal is due at 2:00 pm, October 13, 2020, at Mukilteo School District Support Services Center, Capital Projects Office, 8925 Airport Road, Everett WA 98204.
