Notice to Engineering Consultants

Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ)

 

Stevens County Fire District 5 is requesting Statements of Qualifications and performance information from qualified firms interested in providing professional engineering consulting services per RCW chapter 39.80 for the 2019 - 2021 calendar years in conjunction with District sponsored projects with the potential for funding in part through the State of Washington Community Development Block Grant Program with Federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

 

The District is applying for funding for the design and construction of a fire station in Addy, Washington.  Required professional services may include but are not limited to planning, funding acquisition, civil engineering, surveying, materials testing, and architectural services.   Refer questions to Richard Bergstrom at (509) 675-2261.

 

Firms desiring consideration shall submit two copies of a complete qualification package,

limited to 30 single-sided pages, for evaluating the firm’s qualifications to: Stevens County Fire District 5, PO Box 180, Addy, WA 99101.  Qualification packages must arrive no later than 5:00 PM on April 26, 2019.
