Proposals submitted after the due date and time may not be considered. Proposers accept all risks of late delivery of submitted proposals regardless of fault.

If you decide not to furnish a proposal for this project for any reason, please notify McKinstry by e-mail.

McKinstry will award subcontracts to the winning bidders on the project.  Contract award will be based on completeness of bid, ability to meet the construction schedule and assessment of best value to the owner.
