EHA strongly recommends attendance at the pre-bid walkthroughs which will be held beginning at Broadway Plaza at 3020 Broadway Avenue, Everett Washington 98201 on the April 3, 2019 at 10:00 AM. There is parking available under the west building at 3017 Lombard Avenue, entry is off of Wall Street. We will meet in the east lobby of the second floor off of the breezeway that connects the two buildings
