Newhouse Building Replacement

Department of Enterprise Services (DES) as the Owner has approved Hoffman Construction Company of Washington acting as the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) to utilize an alternative subcontractor selection process per RCW 39.10.385 for the work described herein related to the Newhouse Building Replacement Project.  As required, a hearing was held on December 1, 2021, at 10:00 am in the offices of Hoffman Construction Company of Washington pursuant to this intent.  Any comments received that were deemed appropriate have been incorporated into this RFQ.

 

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 15, 2021, at 10:00 am at Hoffman Construction Company of Washington’s Seattle Office, 600 Stewart Street, Suite 1000, Seattle, WA.  Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, it is requested that no more than 1 person per company attend in person.  Masks are required.  Although not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that all interested firms attend this meeting.
