Project Description:
Absher Construction would appreciate your participation in the budget efforts for Othello Square Building C - 50% CD estimate update. Anticipated NTP is expected to be September 2019, with a 20 month construction schedule. Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Electrical scopes have previously been awarded. This effort is to update the project budget and identify interested bidders. Davis Bacon Commercial Prevailing wages apply. The Instructions to Bidders and Bid Form can be found in the General Documents folder in the Files/Plan Room. The Bid Form must be submitted with your pricing.
