Project Description:  The Project consists of site improvements, utility modifications, expansion of the parking, ROW improvements, playground improvements, exterior building maintenance and repair, minor interior modifications, replacement of floor finishes, mechanical HVAC replacement, new DDC controls, fire alarm upgrades/extension, fire sprinkler work and a two classroom addition consisting of foundation, new enclosed courtyard with covered walk way and a modular classroom building provided by others.
